Privacy Policy

1. Data that never leaves your machine

On the Community and Studio plans, MCP servers run locally. Scene contents, geometry, layer data, images and file paths stay on your hardware and are not transmitted to DCCMCP. Tool results are sent to the AI model provider you configured, under your own agreement with them.

• No scene, model or layer data is sent to DCCMCP servers.
• Audit logs are written locally by default.
• No telemetry is enabled unless you explicitly turn it on.

2. Data we do collect

If you create an account, join the design partner program, submit a form or subscribe to updates, we collect the details you provide: name, work email, company, team size and the content of your message. We use it to respond and to provide the service.

We also collect limited technical data required to operate the website, such as page views and aggregate performance metrics. Where analytics are used they are configured without cross-site advertising trackers.

3. Product telemetry is opt-in

If you enable telemetry, we receive aggregated tool names, durations and error classes — never arguments, file names or content. You can disable it at any time from the integration settings, and disabling it does not reduce functionality.

4. Legal bases and purposes

We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to pursue legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and with your consent where required. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your content to train models.

5. Sharing and sub-processors

We share data only with service providers necessary to run the business, such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing, each bound by contractual obligations. An up-to-date list of sub-processors is available to enterprise customers on request.

6. Retention

Contact enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the relationship, then deleted on a rolling basis. Account data is retained while the account is active. Local audit logs are retained according to your own configuration.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of processing, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact support@dccmcp.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

8. Security and international transfers

We apply the measures described in our security overview, including encryption in transit, least-privilege access and audit logging. Where personal data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Children and changes

The service is intended for professional use and is not directed at children. We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated revision date.
